Assessment Scores for Export
The Assessment Scores for Export report is based on all assessments (designated for mastery and not designated for mastery) and provides the student assessment score data within the selected filter options. The report's streamlined format is designed to facilitate viewing and importing the data into a SIS
student information system.
Run Your Report
- Select the Reports tab, and then choose the Assessment Scores for Export report.

Do one of the following:
Click Filters to focus your data results.

Starting at the top, select the Dates filter options.

Click the Programs open text filter field
When you click in an open text filter field, it displays up to 100 selectable values based on your previous filter choices. You can also enter keywords or part of a name to immediately enable a search of a specific selection. and select one or more programs. -
Click the Schools open text filter field and select one or more values.
- Click the Teachers open text filter field and select one or more teachers.
- Click the Classes open text filter field and select one or more classes.

Click the Assessments open text filter field to further refine the report data.

Click the 
(Filter) icon to use a previously saved set of filters for this report.

Select Load Filter.

Select the filter from the list, and then click Load.
- Click Run to generate the report. Click Stop to cancel your request.

Optionally, to save new filter selections for future use:

Click the
(Filter) icon, and select Save Filter. -
Type a unique Filter Name, click Save, and then click Close.
Filter names are case-sensitive.

Additional Report Features
Use the following additional features to customize your view and use of the report's data:
Report Data Elements
Click any report column header to sort the report content by the data in that column.

| School | Name of the school in which the student is enrolled. |
| Class | Name of the class in which the student is enrolled. |
| Teacher | Name of the teacher of the class in which the student is enrolled. |
| Program | Name of the program. |
| Assessment | Name of the assessment. |
| Submit Date | Date and time of the assessment submitted by the student in UTC. |
| Student Name | Name of the student. |
| Student Login | User name of the student. |

Student identifier provided by the district when syncing from the district SIS |

Student identifier provided by the district when syncing from the district SIS |
| Raw Score | Total points earned on the specified assessment by the individual student. |
| Max Score | Maximum points possible on the specified assessment for an individual student. |
| % Score |
Individual student's assessment score. This column is blank when the teacher has not scored an assessment or the student started an assessment but did not turn it in. |
